Why Journal For Joy?

As simple as putting pen-to-paper might seem, positive journaling has absolutely transformed my life and mindset. Perhaps it will yours, too. 

But you don’t just have to take my word for it! There’s so much evidence out there that proves the wonderful benefits that journaling can have on our mental and physical wellbeing, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and having a greater sense of optimism and self-confidence (to name a few). 

Experiencing joy comes with its own string of benefits too, like boosting our immune systems, enhancing our relationships, building our resilience and, again, lowering stress levels.

Sadly we live in a society that doesn’t always encourage prioritising joy. We’re taught it’s something that’s reserved for the big moments, like our wedding day or our one holiday each year. But adopting a positive mindset and following our joy is a choice we can make every single day, whatever else is going on for us. It’s not always easy – but it becomes easier with practice and proactive focus. And journaling is a fantastic way to do that! 

I am immensely passionate about guiding and inspiring people like you to discover just how much positivity, creativity and joy that journaling can bring to your life. I believe it’s my soul purpose, actually, so I am so happy that you’re here.
