I’m so excited to announce the launch of my first EVER online journaling course, designed to help you make this practice a part of your daily routine and feel the amazing benefits it can bring. Journaling consistently has genuinely transformed my life and wellbeing – and I wanted to create something that helps you to do the same! 

What you’ll get

✍️ 4 x guided journaling workshops with me, held on Zoom on Wednesday evenings, 7-8pm from the 6th-27th March (available as recordings if you can’t attend live)

✍️ Daily uplifting journaling prompts sent to your inbox throughout March 

✍️ Opportunities to connect with likeminded people on the course

✍️ The inspiration and accountability you need to make journaling a healthy, joyful habit that you want to keep up!


What it’s about

Each week we’ll focus on a different theme. 

Week 1: The art of noticing
Week 2: Getting to know YOU better
Week 3: Embracing the present moment
Week 4: Hopes and dreams

All of the journaling will explore different techniques, creativity, mindfulness and positive emotions like gratitude and joy – so you can discover what works best for you.


Cost & tickets

The cost for the full course is £50 (which works out at just £12.50 per week!). There are just 12 SPACES AVAILABLE because I want to keep the group small enough to be able to connect with each of you properly 🙂

Following my recent poll and the feedback some of you shared, I’ve also decided to introduce a lower cost option. For £12 you can opt to receive the daily journaling prompts only, all still offering plenty of opportunities to explore what works for you.
